Frequently Asked Questions

  • I am an “out of network” provider for most PPO insurance companies. If your card says “PPO” or “POS” you likely will be reimbursed from 70 to 80 percent of my fee, after you meet your deductible. Inquire with your insurance company for more information and to be sure what your “out of network” benefits are.

  • I ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. Otherwise, you will be charged for the appointment.
